Returns & Refund Policy

1.Overview

WChampFX FZE ("WChampFX", "we", "us") is a free zone entity incorporated under the International Free Zone Authority (IFZA), Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We are an educational company. All products and services sold by WChampFX are purely educational in nature, designed to teach trading concepts, methodology, and market awareness.

This Returns & Refund Policy ("Policy") governs all purchases made from WChampFX and forms part of our Terms and Conditions. By completing a purchase, the customer ("you", "the Buyer") confirms that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Policy in full.

2.Nature of Our Products — Educational Content Only

WChampFX exclusively sells educational material. Our products and services include, but are not limited to:

• Pre-recorded online trading courses (digital video content)
• Live virtual bootcamps and masterclasses
• Downloadable e-books, workbooks, and PDF guides
• Access to members-only educational portals and communities
• Recorded replays and supplementary learning materials

IMPORTANT: Nothing sold or provided by WChampFX constitutes, or is intended to constitute:

• Financial advice, investment advice, or any regulated financial service
• A personal recommendation to buy or sell any financial instrument
• Portfolio management, fund management, or any activity regulated by any financial authority

3.No-Refund Policy — Digital & Educational Products

Due to the nature of digital educational content, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. WChampFX operates a strict no-refund policy on all digital products and educational services once access has been granted or content has been delivered. This applies to:

• Online courses where login credentials or access links have been issued
• Live bootcamps or masterclasses once the event has commenced
• Downloadable content once the download link has been accessed
• Membership access once portal access has been activated
• Bundled products where any single component has been accessed

By purchasing any WChampFX product, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that:

• You are purchasing access to educational content, not a financial service or guaranteed financial outcome
• Digital content cannot be returned in the way a physical product can
• Once access is granted, the full value of the product has been made available to you
• No refund will be issued due to personal dissatisfaction, change of mind, or failure to use the content
• No refund will be issued due to trading losses experienced after completing or partially completing any course

4.Limited Exceptions — When a Refund May Be Considered

WChampFX will only consider a refund request in the following exceptional and clearly defined circumstances:

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@wchampfx.com within 7 days of the purchase date. Requests submitted outside of this window will not be considered under any circumstances.

5.What Does Not Qualify for a Refund

The following do not constitute valid grounds for a refund under this Policy:

• Change of mind after purchase
• Failure to use or engage with the purchased content
• Dissatisfaction with personal trading results following completion of the course
• A claim that content did not meet expectations not explicitly stated in the product description
• A claim that the course constitutes a "regulated activity" — WChampFX sells educational material only, which is not a regulated financial activity
• Advice received from a third party that the purchase was inadvisable
• Financial hardship arising after the date of purchase
• Refund requests submitted after the 7-day submission window

6.Regulatory Position — Educational Content Is Not a Regulated Activity

WChampFX FZE is an educational content provider. The sale of trading education — including courses, bootcamps, and learning materials — is not a regulated activity and does not require financial services authorisation from any regulator, including but not limited to:

• The UAE Securities and Commodities Authority (SCA)
• The Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA)
• The UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) under FSMA 2000
• Any equivalent regulatory body in any other jurisdiction

Regulated activities — such as managing investments, giving personalised investment advice, dealing in financial instruments, or operating collective investment schemes — are distinct from the provision of general trading education. WChampFX does not engage in any regulated activity.

7.Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

By completing a purchase, you agree to contact WChampFX directly to resolve any dispute before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider.

WChampFX maintains detailed records of all purchases, access logs, and content delivery confirmations. In any chargeback dispute, we will provide this evidence to the relevant payment processor, including:

• Proof of purchase and payment confirmation
• Confirmation of access credentials issued and delivery date
• Access logs confirming engagement with the content (where available)
• Acceptance of Terms and Conditions and this Policy at the point of checkout

Initiating a fraudulent or unjustified chargeback may result in permanent suspension of your account, referral to relevant authorities, and legal action to recover all losses including processor fees incurred by WChampFX.

8.Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Policy and any dispute arising from it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, as applied in the Emirate of Dubai.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising from this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Where a customer is based in a jurisdiction with mandatory consumer protection rights, WChampFX acknowledges those rights to the extent strictly required by applicable mandatory law. Nothing in this Policy is intended to exclude rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9.How to Submit a Refund Request

If you believe you have grounds for a refund under Section 4 of this Policy, submit your request in writing within 7 days of your purchase date to:

Your request must include: your full name, email address used at purchase, order reference number, date of purchase, product purchased, and a clear description of the grounds for your request. Incomplete requests will not be processed.

WChampFX will respond to all valid refund requests within 10 business days of receipt.

10.Acceptance of This Policy

By completing a purchase from WChampFX FZE you confirm that:

• You have read and understood this Returns & Refund Policy in full
• You accept that all sales of digital educational content are final once access is granted
• You acknowledge that WChampFX sells educational material only and not regulated financial services
• You agree to contact WChampFX directly before initiating any chargeback or legal proceeding
